Yes, using our royalty free music in products for sale, be it physical or as downloads online is covered by our respective licenses. Our Standard License covers up to 1000 physically produced units. Please note, that the music itself may not be downloadable or given away on it’s own.

Can I upload videos to youtube or other video platforms?

For using PRO-registered Tracks you will get all relevant informations by your local collecting society.

Can I offer Proud Music my own musical content for licensing to its customers?

You can buy tracks exclusively, but this is subject to each individual track and has to be checked separately in each case.

Who becomes the licensee when an agency researches music for its customers?

You can “buy” as a producer for your customer (invoice goes to you) and instruct us to register directly your customers as licensees in the license (the rights go to your customer). Or you can become licensee yourself (invoice and rights go to you).

Will I receive a copyright clearance notice?

Yes, you will receive a document showing the license and information about the composer or copyright owner for each track.

May I edit tracks in a wave editor?

Of course, any audio edit such as cuttinProud Music GbR for Royalty Free Musicg, looping, timestretching etc. is permitted. Visit our Music License Agreement.

Is there an upgrade path for already licensed tracks?

Of course! For example, if you want to duplicate tracks, for which you already own a standard license, afterwards with more than the original 1000 copies, you simply pay teh upgrade - you never pay twice.

Which are the terms of use granted to me? / Where can I read the license terms and conditions (EULA)?

You will be granted the right to use the sound file commercially and for an unlimited period of time. You will also be granted the right to adapt it to your needs. Excepted are: relicence or resale.

What does “buy-out-license” mean?
