Dreamer

03:50

Dreamboat atmosphere, sailing under a bright blue sky through the South Pacific, accompanied only by a few dolphins and a small white cloud

The Sami, also known as Lapps, are the indegenous people of Northern Scandinavia. Hailing from northern parts of Norway, Sweden, Finland and Russia (the Kola Peninsula), their lives and appearance have a lot in common with Native Americans. Their music is dominated by the unique and easily recognizable Joik (or Yoik) which again lends similarities to the chanting vocal styles of Native American music. It is often accompanied by a simple hand drum beat.

A percussion-only Battle- or Fight track, Urgent drumming on Taiko and other Eastern / Japanese / Tibetan percussion gives the track a Historical feel; perhaps ancient Japan / Oriental / Far East, or Fantasy worlds, Martial Arts, hand to hand combat, fighting and brawling, chase or wild escape, Available in three different tempo options,

Exhausted Energy

02:12

Like the camera flashlights and the chaos on the red carpet before a movie premiere. Or like a wild chase between skateboarders. From 01:30 ist becoming temporary calm, but only for some short moments.

This smooth and soft world-fusion track uses the traditional Indian instrument Sarangi, which is a bit like a violin (although it predates the violin in existence). The traditional role of this instrument is to play in unison with the vocalist, but here the Saranghi has come into its own right, mixed with a downtempo electronica beat, tabla, tamborines and soft pads. A silky smooth, exotic and beautiful world ethnic track, highly suitable for travel, journeys, holidays and vacations in exotic and far-away places. Slightly wistful or sorrowful, but also comforting and hopeful.

Mayfly

02:09

Gentle but joyful americana, bluegrass crossover. This track starts with only a banjo and then adds mandolin, pedal steel guitar and bass. Wholesome and genuine, great for outdoors, hiking, fishing, hobby, nature etc with elements of Western, folk and Americana.

Rolling On

00:43

Acoustic / Feel-Good. Acoustic guitar is the only instrument used in this little tune. However, the different ways in which it is used creates the happy, uplifting feeling. Folksy, homely and easy going.
